PROMO MECHANICS
Mediatrix Homes, Inc., a developer of housing subdivisions in Dipolog City will be conducting a promo dubbed “Bigger than Life Panalong-panalo Ka Dito Promo”. This sales and will run until October 6, 2012. During the course of the promotion, MHI shall invite would-be homeowners to purchase their house and lot units in any of its six (6) subdivisions in Dipolog City and (3) Subdivisions in Ozamiz City.
ELIGIBILITY
- This promo is open to all buyers, of legal age, of Filipino descent, living, working or studying in the Philippines or abroad, whether permanently or temporaril.

- Just purchase any housing unit of Mediatrix Homes, Inc. in any of its subdivisions in Dipolog City and Ozamiz City

- Full Name
- Home Address
- Birthdate
- Mobile or other contact number of Buyer
- Email address, if any Name of Agent
- Raffle Entry/ Entries in the form of Coupon
EARNING OF RAFFLE ENTRIES
1. For every Four Hundred Thousand (P400,000.00) worth of purchase, the buyer will earn 1 raffle entry. An entry is considered valid if buyer is able to provide all registration requirements, and dropped at the official drop box before the cut-off date (October 5, 2012).
2. If a buyer purchases a housing unit at a price higher than P400,000.00, the total contract price will be divided by P400,000.00 to get the number of raffles he/she is entitled to. promotion activity will be launched on February 3, 2012
SCHEDULE OF RAFFLE DRAW
- Raffle entries will be drawn in the presence of an MHI Board of Director, MHI Officer, Employee, Sales Agents and a DTI Representative at the MHI main office, located at Upper Turno, Dipolog City on October 6, 2012.
THE WINNERS
- From all valid entries, thirteen (13) winners will be drawn.
1st Prize – Car
2nd Prize – Living Room with entertainment Showcase
3rd Prize – Motorcyle 10 Cash Prizes (2,000 PHP)
- A buyer can only win once.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
Winners will be notified and announced through the following:
- Phone call and text message from an MHI Representative
- Registered Mail
- Announcement in MHI Website – www.mediatrixhomes.com
- Radio announcement in all local radio stations
CLAIMING OF PRIZES AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of the entire winner validation process: Winners must present at least 2 valid IDs (with at least one being a government-issued ID) when claiming prize/s. Accepted valid IDs are as follows:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Voter’s ID
- SSS/GSIS ID
- Tax Identification ID
- Company ID
2. If a representative is claiming a prize for the winner, the representative must present the following requirements to MHI and DTI:
- Letter of Authorization from the WINNER with a duly notarized SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY authorizing the representative to claim the prize from MHI on behalf of the WINNER.
3. 2 Valid IDs of the WINNER (At least 1 of which must be a government- issued ID)
4. 2 Valid IDs of Authorized Representative (At least one being a government-issued ID)
5. The prizes may be claimed at the MHI main office, located at Upper Turno, Dipolog City not later than April 6, 2013.
6. The list of winners with their corresponding prize won will be given to the DTI Representative after the draw.
CLAIMING OF PRIZES
- All prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
- Prizes not claimed after 60 days from date of receipt of mail notification by the winner will be forfeited in favor of MHI with prior DTI Approval.
- The winner of the car will shoulder the registration, transfer and all other related expenses.
