Dona Justina Pag Ibig City August 21, 2013
Donya Justina Heights PAG-Ibig City, located at Bayang, Galas is the 3rd Socialized and Economic housing development being made by Mediatrix Homes, Inc. (MHI) in Dipolog City. In partnership with the PAG-Ibig HDMF, MHI has procured a 10-hectare development that shall cater advantageously to all PAG-Ibig members from private and public sectors.
The growing population of PAG-Ibig members and the increasing market of property buyers in Dipolog City has created a demand for more housing units to be made. In fact, the two other Socialized and Economic housing developments in Dipolog City, namely, Rufina Heights (Lower Dicayas) and Madison County (Upper Dicayas), are already sold out in the span of just 4 years since they started. In fact, Donya Justina Heights is targeting 800 plus housing units to be made until the year 2015. It shall also be a first of its kind in all MHI residential subdivision developments as it shall include commercial spaces, chapel and schools as part of its subdivision features. The said development is also easily accessible from Turno, Polanco, Galas and the City center.
As of now, the MHI management and operations division are currently underway in procuring the requirements for license to sell to be submitted to the HLURB. Availability of buying and reservations shall be announced after the said license to sell has been granted to MHI. Currently, interested buyers may only view the progress of development through this website. MHI will be releasing monthly pictures to update buyers all over the globe regarding this new development.
One of the most essential questions first time buyers of house and lots is where their value for money is met."Sulit" in Tagalog, is an important concept which Filipinos look for in every product. Hence, Mediatrix Homes, Inc. (MHI) made a comparative tool to be added to our current marketing campaign to enhance how one should look at the advantages of owning properties being developed and constructed by Mediatrix Homes Inc.
In a simpler way of explaining the said advantages, MHI made a chart that compares its product from actual or specifications and requirements specifically mandated by the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board as indicated in the BP 220 (a guideline being followed by Developers to regulate the making of Socialized Housing Projects). These comparative tool shall be spread through pamphlets and flyers attached to their brochures. MHI believes that the proliferation of clearer and detailed information shall make the growing market of house and lot buyers smarter and confident once they acquire properties developed by MHI.
Truly, as shown in the chart, MHI Socialized house and lot units are bigger and are highly competitive in terms of quality and standards. MHI has gone beyond the BP 220 standards to show and convince the market that its vision of affordability meets its mission of "making homes bigger than life". It goes to show that MHI not only delivers products which give people of all walks of life the opportunity of owning a good and affordable piece of property but also that MHI understands and prioritizes the "value for money" principle that people take very seriously in acquiring properties. MHI still holds a big piece of the pie in North Western Mindanao in terms of market share. And, as of the 3rd quarter of 2013, it is still number one in terms of productivity in quality community development and it also promises to rapidly create more developments, both Socialized and Open Market in the coming years.
